Contact Us
This page explains how to contact the Offshore Sportsbooks for US Players editorial team at bestbettingonline.us.com, what we can help with, and where to go for issues we can't solve. You must be 21 or older (or the legal minimum age in your state) to use gambling information on this site. Nothing here is aimed at anyone younger.
What you can contact us about
We're an independent comparison site. We review and rank offshore sportsbooks that accept US players, looking at odds, market coverage, bonuses, payout speed and reliability, banking and trustworthiness. The most useful messages to us fall into these groups:
- Corrections: an offer, payment method, limit or term on our pages looks out of date or wrong.
- Reader experience reports: you had a notably good or bad experience with payout speed, verification or customer support at a sportsbook we cover. We treat these as leads to research. We don't publish them as verified fact.
- Feedback on our reviews: something was unclear, missing or unfair in a write-up.
- Questions about our method: how we rate and rank. You can also read About Us.
- Business and partnership inquiries: we may earn a commission from some sportsbooks we list. Commission does not buy rankings or position.
How to reach us
Use the contact form or the contact details shown on this page or in the site footer. We don't publish a phone number or a live chat line, and we won't ask you for a password, card number, wallet seed or ID document by email. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of those, don't respond.
- Write a clear subject line, such as "Correction: Bovada welcome bonus terms."
- Name the page and the statement you're asking about.
- Include a link, screenshot or date if you have one, so we can verify the claim.
- Leave out account numbers, balances and personal documents.
We read every message, but we can't promise a reply time or a reply to every message.
What we can't help with
We don't operate any sportsbook. We can't see your account, change a bonus, release a withdrawal or settle a dispute. That matters more with offshore sportsbooks than with state-regulated operators.
| Problem | Who to contact first |
|---|---|
| Delayed or pending withdrawal | The sportsbook's own support team. Keep screenshots, transaction IDs and dates. |
| Bonus or rollover dispute | The sportsbook's support, citing its posted bonus terms. |
| Verification (KYC) request | The sportsbook's support. Confirm how it wants documents sent. |
| Crypto transaction not arriving | Check the transaction on the blockchain, then contact the sportsbook and your wallet provider. |
| Bank card charge you don't recognize | Your card issuer or bank. |
| Questions about your state's laws or taxes | A qualified attorney or tax professional. |
Be realistic about the risk. The sportsbooks we cover are licensed offshore, such as in Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica, and sit in a legal grey area for US bettors. No US state regulator oversees them. State protections such as dispute resolution, segregated player funds or guaranteed payouts don't apply, and an offshore sportsbook may delay or refuse payment. Check your own state's laws before you bet.
Sportsbooks we review
Our rankings currently cover Lucky Rebel, Bovada, BetOnline, BetNow, Everygame, BetUS, Sportsbetting, Xbet, MyBookie and ApuestaHoy. If you have a correction about one of them, tell us which and point to the page. Welcome offers change, and every bonus carries rollover or wagering requirements, time limits and eligibility rules. Read the terms on the sportsbook's own site before depositing. Our information was last checked on Sep 30, 2026.
Because we make no claim to have tested payouts ourselves, we rely on published terms, research and reader reports. If you disagree with something, we'd rather hear it.
Independence and disclosure
We may earn a commission if you sign up through some links. That doesn't decide rankings or ratings. Our ratings are editorial assessments, not customer-review scores. For more detail, see About Us and the Terms and Conditions.
Responsible gambling and help
Bet only what you can afford to lose. Betting isn't income and can't fix money problems, and chasing losses makes things worse. Offshore sportsbooks may lack the deposit limits and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators must offer, so set your own limits before you start.
